Usage is calculated from the standard full-day commercial model benchmark for the selected brand tier ($1,000 / $2,000 / $3,500), not the number of shoot days. A half-day, fitting or e-commerce session does not reduce that licensing benchmark. The approved asset list and campaign scope are confirmed in the quote. Paid-digital pricing already includes brand-owned organic web/social usage.
The license start date and end date are written into the booking. Renewals require a new quote before continued use.
Media and distribution are scoped to named markets. Incidental online accessibility is distinguished from a targeted worldwide campaign in the confirmation.
Per talent, one named product category; the territory multiplier applies. Exclusivity is additional to session and usage fees.

04 / BOOKING DETAILS
Every booking identifies the end client, talent, schedule, licensed media, asset scope, territory, term, exclusivity and fees.
A 20% client agency fee is calculated on the session, usage and exclusivity fees shown here. It is a client-side charge; it does not describe the talent’s private commission arrangement. Expenses and applicable taxes are separate.
The listed session defines the booking length. Overtime planning starts at 1.5× the agreed session’s hourly equivalent after that booking period. Travel time, fittings outside the booked scope, travel costs, meals and accommodation are quoted separately where required.
Availability holds, cancellation and weather policies, payment dates, licensed asset counts and any union requirements are set out in the written booking confirmation. No estimate or inquiry grants image or likeness rights. New uses and renewals require prior written approval.
05 / BOOKING QUESTIONS
One talent’s time for the stated booking unit. It does not buy commercial rights to that talent’s image, name, voice or likeness. It does not include a photographer, film crew, editing, studio, creative production or finished content.
The tiers are DNwide planning categories. Small brands are primarily independent/local; medium brands are established/regional or growing nationally; large brands are enterprise, national or global. The end brand’s distribution and parent group matter even when a small production company places the booking. The agency confirms the applicable tier before booking.
These are DNwide starting estimates. Selected talent, experience, demand, specialist performance requirements, dates, campaign exposure and union coverage may change the quote. Celebrity endorsements, ambassador agreements and talent-account social posting are negotiated separately.
Yes, with a written quote. The paid-digital option includes brand-owned web and organic social, so those are not added twice. Other media combinations, new territories, additional assets and renewals are separately agreed. Existing licensed material does not automatically include a new campaign or an extension.
No. Bookings are non-exclusive unless an additional category restriction is agreed. The guide estimates one named product category in the selected territory. Competitor lists, exceptions, duration and restrictions on future work must be agreed before booking.
Perpetual, all-media, transferable or unrestricted rights are not included. AI training, synthetic likeness, voice cloning and digital replicas are excluded from every estimate and require separate, explicit talent and agency approval.
