I’m Markisha Thomas, an Austin-based IFBB Bikini Pro, fitness coach, and founder of Body by Keesh. Originally from North Carolina, I’m passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness habits. At 5’9”, I bring an athletic physique, confident stage presence, and a strong work ethic. I’m interested in fitness, activewear, swimwear, and lifestyle modeling opportunities that celebrate strong, confident women.
My training background centers on bodybuilding and physique development, with an emphasis on glutes, shoulders, back, and overall symmetry. I follow structured resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, nutrition, and recovery plans. My competition preparation also includes extensive bikini posing practice, stage presentation, and learning how to showcase my physique through posture and movement.
IFBB Professional Bikini athlete and founder of Body by Keesh. My coaching services include one-on-one fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, structured training programs, and bikini posing sessions. My approach draws on my competitive bodybuilding experience and academic background in biology.
My background includes competitive bodybuilding at the national and professional levels, online fitness coaching, bikini posing, and fitness content creation. I earned my IFBB Pro card at the 2025 NPC Nationals and made my professional debut at the 2026 San Antonio Pro. Through Body by Keesh, I offer coaching and training programs focused on glute development, balanced physiques, and confidence. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina State University.
2025 NPC Texas Classic — First place in my Open Bikini class and two overall titles. 2025 NPC North American Championships — Second place in Masters Bikini 35+ Class F and third place in Open Bikini Class H. 2025 NPC Nationals — First place in my Bikini class, earning my IFBB Pro card. 2026 San Antonio Pro — Professional debut; placed 14th out of 25 competitors in a field that included five Olympians.
My brand experience includes being a 1st Phorm Legionnaire, a Goddess Glam Suits athlete, and a WOLFpak affiliate, Sapient peptides affiliate, and various other supplement companies.I create fitness and lifestyle content that incorporates products into my training, competition preparation, and everyday routines. My content includes reels, product highlights, personal testimonials, and community engagement.
My commercial experience primarily involves digital fitness content and affiliate brand promotion through social media. I create short-form videos, training content, and product-focused posts for a fitness audience. I’m interested in expanding into professional fitness, activewear, swimwear, and lifestyle campaigns.
After returning to competitive bodybuilding following approximately eight years away, I earned two overall titles at the 2025 NPC Texas Classic, achieved top-three placements at the NPC North American Championships, and earned my IFBB Pro card at the 2025 NPC Nationals. In 2026, I made my professional debut at the San Antonio Pro, competing alongside established professionals and Olympians.
