01Bikini
Training history
I have been consistently training in the gym for six years, focusing primarily on weight and resistance training to sculpt and develop my physique. My training has become more structured over time, particularly through my Fitness Bikini competition preparations. I also enjoy running, yoga, stretching, long walks, and hiking and climbing mountains, which keep me active and complement my strength training.
Certifications
Registered athlete with the Romanian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (FRCF). Currently a fifth-year Pharmacy student. I do not hold formal coaching or personal training certifications.

Experience
I have six years of consistent weight and resistance training focused on sculpting and developing my physique. I competed in two Fitness Bikini competitions in September 2026, on September 19 and September 26, marking my first experience in competitive Fitness Bikini. I also have experience with competition preparation, posing, and being in front of the camera. I am currently a fifth-year Pharmacy student and do not hold formal fitness or coaching certifications. I am now looking to build experience in fitness, activewear, sportswear, wellness, and lifestyle modeling.
