The DNwide roster standard
THE DNWIDE ROSTER STANDARD
25 POSITIONS.
FOCUSED REPRESENTATION.
DNwide maintains a selective roster of up to 25 active fitness models and athletes worldwide, designed to support focused representation, individual development, professional accountability and commercial readiness.
Representation is a professional relationship built on mutual commitment. Our monthly management review considers agreed responsibilities, communication and development while respecting individual circumstances and approved pauses.
SELECTION IS AN OPPORTUNITY. REPRESENTATION IS A PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT.
Professional commitments. Individual support.
Expectations are agreed individually and may include timely communication, current professional materials, accurate availability and follow-through on confirmed assignments. Reviews focus on documented responsibilities—not appearance rankings, follower growth or the number of opportunities the agency provides.
Review, support and response
Models receive private feedback after agency review and can acknowledge it, provide context, ask for support or request a correction. Where appropriate, a development plan records specific actions, agency support, checkpoints and a review date. Approved pauses and individual circumstances are considered.
Representation and agreements
A review does not automatically change representation. Any conclusion requires human review, the applicable agreement, required notice and consideration of outstanding obligations. This policy does not silently amend existing contracts. Expectations and any required agreement are addressed during onboarding.
When the roster is full
Invitation requests can remain pending. A vacancy does not guarantee an invitation, acceptance or representation. Paused talent ordinarily retains her position unless a different arrangement has been agreed.
