Commercial model / half day
Book one commercial model for a defined four-hour session. A practical format for a tightly planned shoot with a clear shot list and controlled schedule.
01 / THE SERVICE
One model on your set for up to 4 hours. Media usage is separate.
A shorter session changes the talent time fee. It does not reduce the full-day benchmark used to calculate licensing.
02 / PRICING EXPECTATIONS
Use the existing calculator’s rates for this service. Tailor the talent count, booking units and requested rights, then send the complete estimate with your brief.
TALENT + RIGHTS / PLANNING TOOL
Commercial model / half day · 4-hour booking per talent.
Independent businesses with primarily local distribution and a limited customer market. The agency confirms your tier using the end brand’s scale, parent group and distribution.
One unit = 4-hour booking. Usage and exclusivity are per talent and campaign; extra units do not multiply those fees.
Brand-owned website and organic brand social posts. Excludes boosting, paid ads, retailer pages and talent-account posting.
Licensing uses the $1,000 full-day commercial benchmark for this brand tier, even when your booking is shorter. The agency agrees the licensed assets, placements and category restrictions with you.
03 / PREPARE THE BRIEF
The agency needs a clear view of the end brand, schedule, talent requirements and intended use before confirming a quote.
Shot list, campaign concept and end brand
Four-hour schedule, location and set readiness
Talent requirements, wardrobe and planned activity
Intended media, asset scope, territory and campaign dates
Tell us the end brand, dates, talent requirements and intended use. Include your estimate and any procurement requirements.
The agency checks availability and confirms the proposed talent, booking unit, licensed assets, media, term and territory.
The final quote, booking confirmation, agreed payment dates and cancellation or change terms govern the engagement. An online estimate does not reserve talent.
Your production or event team supplies the agreed set, crew and logistics. Use the talent’s image and likeness only within the confirmed license.
04 / BEFORE YOU BOOK
No. The estimate is a planning tool. The agency confirms the selected talent, availability, final scope, fees and booking terms in writing. No payment is taken on this page.
One model on your set for up to 4 hours. Media usage is separate. The listed session prices are per talent, per booking unit. Add applicable usage, exclusivity and the 20% client agency fee.
Usage is based on the standard full-day commercial model benchmark for your brand tier, multiplied by the selected media, territory and term. It is per talent and campaign, and is not multiplied by booking units. Paid digital already includes brand-owned website and organic social use.
Choose the appropriate custom usage option in the estimate builder. The displayed known subtotal excludes unquoted usage and the agency fee on that usage. The agency prices the complete media plan separately.
Payment dates, purchase orders, procurement documents, cancellation or weather arrangements and scope changes are agreed in the written booking documents. Include any vendor requirements in your brief.
No automatic rights are granted for endorsements, talent-account social posting, AI training, synthetic likeness or digital replicas. Raise any such request before booking; separate explicit agreements may be needed.
